Federated Hermes Premier Municipal Income Fund declares dividend

• Sets date for annual fund shareholders meeting

PITTSBURGH, June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Federated Hermes Premier Municipal Income Fund (NYSE: FMN) has declared a dividend. The fund seeks to provide investors with current dividend income that is exempt from regular federal income tax. In addition, this fund features income exempt from the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT).

The dividend increase reflects a recent decrease in underlying leverage costs combined with an accumulation of undistributed net investment income retained in the fund.

The fund also announced that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, Sept. 12, 2025.
