The award-winning projects span market-rate multifamily, student housing, and workforce housing developments throughout Florida.

Livano at Sunlake | Lutz, Florida
Developed by LIV Development, Livano at Sunlake is a 234-unit, four-story multifamily community featuring upscale residences and a comprehensive amenity package. Led by FaverGray Division Leader Walker Palmer, the project was completed in 2025.

Aperture at UCF | Orlando, Florida
Developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Aperture at UCF is a 204-unit, 680-bed off-campus student housing community near the University of Central Florida. The development includes two five-story residential buildings, a six-level parking garage, and extensive student-focused amenities. Led by Division Leader John Kitchens, the project was delivered in Fall 2025.

Sadler Road Lodge | Fernandina Beach, Florida
Developed for Omni Hotels & Resorts, Sadler Road Lodge provides 75 units of dedicated workforce housing in Fernandina Beach. The three-story community includes one- and two-bedroom residences along with indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and was completed in 2025.

The Darley | Ocala, Florida
Developed by Catalyst Development Partners, The Darley is a 228-unit luxury multifamily community featuring seven three-story residential buildings across approximately 13 acres. Led by Division Leader Walker Palmer, the project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
