CANFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On May 23, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, a 25% increase from the 2016 second quarter payment. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of June 9, 2017, and is payable to shareholders on June 30, 2017.
