CANFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On November 22, 2016 the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of December 9, 2016 and is payable to shareholders on December 30, 2016.
