Quarterly Dividend Increased 33%
CANFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On February 23, 2016 the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of March 11, 2016 and is payable to shareholders on March 31, 2016. The 2016 first quarter dividend payment represents a 33% increase over the 2015 first quarter dividend payment.
