 Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE: FCAU / MTA: FCA) announced today that it has published the agenda and the explanatory notes for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM"), which will take place on September 7, 2018 in Amsterdam.
