SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Extra Space Storage Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: EXR) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.78 per share on the common stock of the Company for the third quarter 2016. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2016.
