HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Exterran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EXH) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on August 17, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2015.
