Eventide Communications Joins iCERT Board of Directors

LITTLE FERRY, N.J., Sept. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Industry Council for Emergency Response Technologies (iCERT) and Eventide Communications jointly announced the election of Eventide's Robin Moore to iCERT's Board of Directors.

Robin Moore brings a unique fusion of AI product development, public-safety technology, and end-user engagement to the iCERT board. At Eventide Communications, she supports the development and adoption of Critical Insights AI, an AI-driven platform that enhances quality assurance, analytics, and operational insight for emergency communications centers. Robin has led AI pilot implementations with end users, working across technical teams and frontline staff to ensure practical usability, data accuracy, and clear demonstration of value.

As a member of iCERT's Board of Directors, Robin will contribute a hands-on perspective on the development, deployment, and adoption of AI and technology tools in emergency communications environments. With experience navigating product lifecycles from ideation through pilot to launch, and speaking directly with telecommunicators, supervisors, and operational leaders, Robin is well-positioned to advocate for user-centered innovation, technical feasibility, and policy relevance in the public-safety sphere.
