LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.01 per Class A ordinary share payable on 16 September 2016. The ex-dividend date for this payment is expected to be 31 August 2016 with a record date of 2 September 2016.
