Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2 cents per share payable September 1, 2015, to shareholders of record on August 14, 2015.

Energen Corporation is an oil and gas exploration and production company with headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.
