Enercare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/18/15 -- Enercare Inc. ("Enercare") (TSX: ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share for the month of December 2015. The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
