Emigrant Partners Announces Strategic Investment in Principle Wealth Partners

NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Emigrant Partners ("EP"), the leading minority investor in the wealth and asset management industry, announced it has made a strategic minority investment in Principle Wealth Partners ("Principle"), an independent wealth management business that manages $2.8 billion in assets and is headquartered in Madison, CT.

Emigrant's investment in Principle, recognized by Forbes as a Top 100 RIA Firm for the third consecutive year, will allow it to accelerate its industry leading growth. The partnership will provide Principle with access to capital, a network of best-in-class peers, and EP's leadership and strategy teams, who will partner with Principle on a number of growth-oriented initiatives as part of their new long-term partnership.
