ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-seven and a half cents ($0.475) per share of common stock payable September 9, 2016, to stockholders of record August 12, 2016.
