ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-seven cents ($0.47) per share of common stock payable June 10, 2015, to stockholders of record May 15, 2015.
