Specifically, the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders approved the following:

1. The appointment of Mr. Ramakrishnan Srinivasan as a director of the Company following his appointment as a director by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's articles of association.
2. The re-elections of Martin Bloom and Yumin Liu, who each offered himself for re-election, in accordance with the Company's articles of association to hold office until a successor is duly elected and qualified.
3. The advisory vote to approve the compensation of our named executive officers as disclosed in the accompanying proxy statement.
4. Future advisory shareholder votes on the compensation of our named executive officers will be held annually, as determined by the indicated votes.
5. Ratification of the appointment of UHY LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm and auditors for 2024.
