BOSTON, Oct. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share on its common stock, an increase of 6 percent over the $0.265 per share declared in the Company's third fiscal quarter.
The dividend is payable November 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2016. The increase marks the 36th consecutive fiscal year that the Company has raised its regular quarterly dividend, which has grown at a compound annual rate of 18 percent over that 36 year period.
