ATLANTA, April 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EarthLink Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: ELNK), a leading managed network and cloud solutions provider for multi-location businesses, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.05 per share to be paid on July 2, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 18, 2015.
