Final regulatory permits have been obtained for both of EPIC’s NGL and Crude Oil Pipelines with the issuance of the Nationwide Permit 12 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP (“EPIC”) today announced EPIC has received the Nationwide Permit 12 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, signifying all federal and state regulatory agencies have approved both of EPIC’s NGL and Crude Oil Pipeline projects for final construction as well as placing the pipelines into full service.
