EMC Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOPKINTON, Mass., Dec. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.115 per common share. The dividend will be payable on January 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2016.
