GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dynex Capital, Inc. announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its Common Stock (NYSE: DX) for December 2024 and the quarterly cash dividend of $0.43125 per share of its 6.900% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC) for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The Common dividend is payable on January 7, 2025, to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2025. The Preferred dividend is payable on January 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of January 1, 2025.
