With more than two decades of experience in operations and corporate leadership within the commercial real estate industry, Duerk will focus on leading the firm’s current client focused platform strategies, manage marketing initiatives, and maximize operating capabilities.

Prior to Greysteel, he was a Vice President at Berkadia where he successfully integrated and developed the company’s investment sales and mortgage banking technology and marketing platforms. Duerk began his career in operations at Hendricks & Partners, where he became a partner and played an instrumental role in the company’s growth from a small start-up to a large nationwide platform leading up to the purchase by Berkshire Hathaway & Jefferies Financial Group-backed Berkadia.
