Downtown Thursday Market Announces Mid-Season Relocation to New Site

FREDERICK, Md., July 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Downtown Thursday Market is relocating to Carroll Creek beginning August 7, 2025. The market will continue to operate on Thursdays through November 20th, from 4pm -7pm.

The mid-season relocation, which is taking place during the market's fourth year in operation, was made with input from vendors and customers to improve accessibility, visibility, and vendor growth. Carroll Creek offers a welcoming environment for customers while maintaining the same high-quality experience and locally grown and produced goods that customers have come to expect.

"Wow, we are excited for our new home on Carroll Creek. The market will be located on the South side of the creek, just off of Market Street," said Melissa Hopko, Market Manager. "With this being our 4th year of operation, it was important for our vendors and customers to maintain a downtown site for the market, and we are pleased to achieve that. Our mission is to continue to serve downtown Frederick and feel that our new location will help us grow going forward."
