Dover Corporation: Dover Increases Dividend By 7%

DOVER INCREASES DIVIDEND BY 7%

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., August 4, 2017 - The Board of Directors of Dover (NYSE: DOV) today increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.47 (forty-seven cents) per share, from the previous $0.44 (forty-four cents) per share, an increase of $0.03 (three cents) or 7%. This is the 62^nd consecutive year in which the Company has increased its annual cash dividend. With this increase, Dover has the third longest record of consecutive annual dividend increases of listed companies, as reported by Mergent's Dividend Achievers.

This increased dividend will be paid on September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2017.
