Dominion DMS Appoints Cliff Lavergne as President, Succeeding Sharon Kitzman

NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion DMS today announced that industry veteran Cliff Lavergne has been appointed President of Dominion DMS, succeeding Sharon Kitzman, who is stepping down to pursue a CEO role outside the DMS space.

Kitzman joined Dominion DMS in 2019, guided the business through a period of significant change; including: overseeing the sunsetting of ACCESS, launching VUE DMS, steering the company through the pandemic and industry-wide inventory and supply challenges. Her leadership and commitment leave a strong foundation for the company's future.

Lavergne, who most recently served as Vice President of Operations, has been with Dominion DMS since 2020. He has played a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives and strengthening dealer success across the organization. Prior to Dominion, Lavergne held several leadership roles in the DMS space, bringing deep industry knowledge and a proven record of execution.
