(NYSE: DGI), a leading global provider of commercial high-resolution Earth observation and advanced geospatial solutions, will announce its first quarter 2017 financial results after the close of regular market trading on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

Due to the Company’s pending combination with MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, the Company will not conduct an earnings call but will provide supplementary information on the Company’s Investor Relations Website.
