Diametric Capital Appoints ExodusPoint & Millennium Vet as New COO

BOSTON, Sept. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Diametric Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund company which launched in 2017 and is led by Nick Thakore, announced the appointment of Pat Tynan as Chief Operating Officer.

Tynan previously spent 16 years in operations at Millennium in substantial leadership roles, culminating in his role as Equity COO for the final 6 years. He then joined ExodusPoint as a Founding Partner, serving as their Equity COO from inception in 2018 to 2025.

Tynan's hire comes as Diametric is in the midst of a significant fundraise, with the firm targeting $750m in AUM by the end of 2025.

As part of the organizational expansion and appointment of Tynan as COO, Dave Salvietti will continue in his role as Diametric's CFO.
