WINCHESTER, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. at a meeting held November 19, 2015, authorized a quarterly dividend of twenty and one-half cents ($.205) per share of common stock to be paid December 15, 2015 to all common shareholders of record as of December 1, 2015.
