Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. Announces Dividend

WINCHESTER, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS) at a meeting held May 14, 2015, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of twenty cents ($.20) per share to be paid June 15, 2015 to all common shareholders of record as of June 1, 2015.
