Acquisition expands Del-Air's footprint into northeast Florida

ORLANDO, Fla., April 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Florida's foremost indoor comfort provider, is expanding its service area in the northeast corridor of Florida with the acquisition of McGowan's Heating & Air Conditioning. This marks Del-Air's seventh acquisition in the past 14 months.

With this latest acquisition, Del-Air will expand its service area into Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Flagler and St. Johns counties. This will include the cities of Atlantic Beach, St. Johns, Callahan, Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, St. Augustine and Starke.
