Dave Stephens Joins ContractRoom's Board of Directors

SAN MATEO, Calif., Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ContractRoom, Inc., makers of the world's smartest Contract Lifecycle Management platform, today announced that Dave Stephens, founder of Coupa and CEO of FreeAgent CRM, has joined ContractRoom's board of directors.

Dave Stephens is an enterprise applications visionary with more than 20 years of experience as a product developer, consultant, unit manager, development vice president, and start-up CEO. He architected multi-platform business solutions and leading technical development and market strategy for more than 20 major enterprise applications at companies with revenues up to $37 billion.

Prior to ServiceNow, Dave spent two tours of duty at Oracle, totaling 13 years. During that time, he led a 1,200-person workforce in 24 countries. He also led systems integrations (including Sun, RightNow, Taleo, and Eloqua), operational profit improvements, and product development for CRM and procurement applications. Between Oracle roles, he spent four years as the founding CEO of Coupa, a public SaaS company (COUP) now worth more than $1B.
