WAYZATA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dakota Plains Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: DAKP) today announced that the Company will be participating in the 43rd Annual Scotia Howard Weil Energy Conference, March 22-26, 2015 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans.
