DISA Global Solutions Expands Compliance Capabilities with Acquisition of TEAM Companies

HOUSTON, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DISA Global Solutions (DISA), a leading provider of workforce and contractor compliance management solutions, today announced the acquisition of TEAM Companies (TEAM), a provider of workforce compliance, contractor compliance monitoring, and workforce screening services.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, TEAM has spent more than three decades helping safety-sensitive employers manage workforce compliance and reduce risk. TEAM and DISA serve many of the same industries and share a commitment to helping employers maintain safe, compliant workplaces.

In addition to drug testing, background screening, occupational health, and training services, TEAM provides contractor compliance monitoring through Alert, its proprietary compliance management platform. Alert helps organizations manage contractor certifications, safety records, and other compliance requirements.

The addition of TEAM expands DISA's contractor compliance monitoring capabilities and adds technology and subject matter expertise in an area of increasing importance to safety-sensitive employers. Alert will also help to expand contractor auditing, monitoring, and screening services to new mission-critical industries such as data centers, manufacturing, and automotive.
