DFDS A/S – SUMMARY OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
| COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT no. 26 - 8 September 2026 |
Today, DFDS A/S held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
Niels Smedegaard and Jan Johan Kühl were elected as new members of the Board of Directors for the period until the next Annual General Meeting in 2027.
Niels Smedegaard was elected Chair of the Board of Directors at a constituent board meeting held immediately after the EGM.
Kristian V. Mørch continues as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.
As previously announced on 13 August 2026, Claus V. Hemmingsen stepped down from the Board of Directors in connection with the EGM.
The Board rescheduled the release date for DFDS’ Q3 2026 report to 11 November 2026 from previously 5 November 2026 following the changes to the Board.
