DASH Financial Appoints Erin Preston as Chief Compliance Officer

NEW YORK, Aug. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- DASH Financial, a leading institutional agency broker-dealer devoted to bringing unfettered transparency to the U.S. options and equities markets, announced today the appointment of Erin Preston as Chief Compliance Officer.  Ms. Preston will be responsible for DASH's compliance strategy and will be a key stakeholder in the execution of the firm's business strategy as In-House Counsel.

Prior to joining DASH, Erin served as the Director of Compliance for Verition Fund Management LLC, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Greenwich, CT where she was responsible for the fund's day-to-day compliance and legal needs. Prior to that she spent 6 years at Interactive Brokers LLC, where she focused on the design and implementation of compliance procedures for the retail brokerage and market making divisions.

Erin is a graduate of Pace Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Ohio State University.
