D.A. Davidson & Co. Hires Peter Suazo as Managing Director

Firm Expands Real Estate Practice with Experienced Banker

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- D.A. Davidson & Co., a full-service national investment banking firm, has hired Peter Suazo to join the firm’s real estate investment banking team in Baltimore as managing director.

Suazo joins Keith Getter, managing director and real estate group leader, in the firm’s Baltimore office, which Getter opened in 2014.

Suazo has extensive investment banking experience with a focus on assisting public and private real estate operating companies in evaluating strategic alternatives such as equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and asset and portfolio sales. He joins D.A. Davidson after working most recently as a principal with FIDES Capital Partners. Previously, Suazo was with BB&T Capital Markets, and he also has held senior investment banking roles with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Lehman Brothers and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company. He earned a master’s of science from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
