DAVIDSON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable April 11, 2019 to stockholders of record March 28, 2019.
