Crawford & Company Board Declares Dividends

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Crawford & Company® (NYSE: CRD-A and CRD-B) is pleased to announce that on February 8, 2024, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share on the Class A Common Stock and $0.07 per share on the Class B Common Stock, payable on March 8, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2024.
