Cousins Properties Announces Its Second Quarter 2025 Common Stock Dividend

ATLANTA, June 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per common share for the second quarter of 2025. The second quarter dividend will be payable on July 17, 2025 to common shareholders of record on July 7, 2025.
