ConstructConnect Announces Scott Conklin As Chief People Officer

CINCINNATI, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ConstructConnect, a leading provider of software solutions for the construction industry, today announced the appointment of Scott Conklin as Chief People Officer. In his new role, Scott will lead efforts to strengthen the company's organizational culture, foster employee engagement, and support ConstructConnect's mission to help the construction industry start every project on a solid foundation.

Scott is joining ConstructConnect from NTT DATA Business Solutions, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas since 2019, a role in which he managed the employee lifecycle including recruiting, total rewards, talent management, and employee development. His career spans 25+ years in technology and consumer products industries, with a focus on workforce management, organizational development, talent pipeline and human resources leadership. During that time, he has held many senior-level management positions at companies such as Convergys, The Coca-Cola Company, and Paycor.
