Bill is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has over 35 years of experience within the culinary industry. Renowned for his unique cuisine blends from all over the world and his restaurant ventures such as F.I.S.H. and NoMa Social, he is excited to be teaming up with Chef Jacinto Perez and together they are dedicated to continually provide customers with the best dining experience possible.
