Scott brings 20 years of life sciences recruitment experience, most recently serving as Principal, Life Sciences, at Green Key Resources, a nationally recognized INC 5000 company known for its resourcing and recruiting solutions. During his tenure, Scott helped found and scale Green Key's life sciences practice, with a focus on Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Biometrics, and Data Management.

Scott also brings deep experience in building and expanding Functional Service Provider (FSP) offerings, a growing area of need for life sciences organizations seeking scalable, flexible workforce solutions.
