Condor Reports on Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/19/15 -- Condor Resources Inc. - ("Condor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CN) is pleased to report on the results of its AGM, held August 19, 2015.
Prior to the meeting, Mr. Patrick Burns advised the board he was withdrawing his consent to act as a director in order to pursue other interests. As a result, the shareholders elected Mssrs. Robert Boyd, Lyle Davis, Paul Larkin, Graham Scott and Francisco de Undurraga as directors for the next year.
