Concord Medical Schedules 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

BEIJING, Nov. 13, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited ("Concord Medical" or the "Company") (NYSE: CCM), a healthcare provider specialized in cancer treatment, research, education and prevention in China, today announced that it will hold its 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") on December 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time). The meeting will be held at Room 26A1-26A5, East Tower, Hanwei Building, No. 7 Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. The shareholder record date is November 27, 2024. The purpose of the Meeting is to amend the Company's memorandum and articles of association currently in effect by the adoption of a new memorandum and articles of association to reflect the change in the ratio of its American depositary shares ("ADSs") to Class A ordinary shares, which was made effective on July 30, 2024.
