E-mailLife Sciences Validation Software Now Deployable in 1–2 Months at a Guaranteed Price
Canada — Compliance Associates, creator of the Validator validation lifecycle management platform, today announced Fixed-Cost Implementation, a delivery model that gives life sciences organizations a guaranteed price and a guaranteed go-live date before they sign.
Every Validator implementation now follows a defined four-phase process (Workshop & Planning, Configuration & Implementation, Validation & Testing, and Release & Transition), with the total cost fixed in advance. SaaS deployments go live in one to two months; on-premises deployments may follow a slightly longer timeline, defined during the Workshop & Planning phase. In both cases, the number in the proposal is the number on the final invoice.
"Every other platform in this category is sold by one team and implemented by another, usually a partner or systems integrator brought in after the contract closes," said Victor Zurita, President and CEO of Compliance Associates. "That leaves clients guessing on two things at once: how long it'll take, and what it'll actually cost by the time it's done. We built Fixed-Cost Implementation so our clients don't have to gamble on either one."
Installation and configuration are always performed by Compliance Associates' own team, the same practitioners who designed the platform's methodology and have run validation programs in regulated environments for more than 25 years. That track record is also behind another number CA is putting alongside this announcement: 100 percent of Validator implementations to date have gone live successfully.
