IRVING, Texas, Jan. 5, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, January 5, 2023, the board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) ("CMC") declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of CMC common stock. CMC's 233rd consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on February 2, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 19, 2023.
