KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Commerce Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBSH) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.265 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 22, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2022.
