Columbia Property Trust Declares Third Quarter Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.80 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 18, 2018, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 4, 2018.
