Coilmaster Resolves Lawsuit against JMG Thermal and James German
MOSCOW, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Marmon Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary Coil Master Corporation (“Coilmaster”) have resolved the lawsuit they filed against JMG Thermal, James German, and Robert Vance related to Coilmaster’s copyrights and trade secrets. As part of the resolution, JMG Thermal, James German, and Robert Vance have agreed to permanently stop using, reproducing, promoting, distributing, and preparing derivative works of their Coil Management Studio Software.
