NEW YORK, May 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2025 in the amount of $0.62 per share of common stock payable on May 22, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 12, 2025.
